The First Company with a IATF 16949:2016 Certificate

We are the first manufacturing facility operated by Federal-Mogul Corporation and the first plant in Poland which has obtained a IATF 16949:2016 Certificate. The auditors representing TÜV Süd emphasized our excellent results, highlighting the fact that our facility might be used as a benchmark for the Federal-Mogul piston division.

The new IATF 16949:2016 standards have replaced ISO/TS 16949:2009 technical standards used before.

For the first time, the standards have not been published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) but the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) which is an organization representing:


– automobile manufacturers such as BMW Group, Chrysler Group, Daimler AG, Fiat Group Automobile, Ford Motor Company, General Motors Company, PSA Peugeot Citroen, Renault SA, Volkswagen AG and

– automobile manufacturers associations such as AIAG (USA), ANFIA (Italy), FIEV (France), SMMT (Great Britain) and VDA (Germany).

At the same time, we have managed to successfully complete ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS:2007 re-audits.

Information on Personal Data Processing:

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC

  1. Federal-Mogul Gorzyce Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gorzyce, ul Odlewników 52, 39-432 is your personal data controller;

  3. Your data will be processed only for the purpose of:

    4. -processing your inquiry and providing a reply in accordance with your consent to personal data processing (pursuant to Article 6(1a) of GDPR). Your personal data will be retained for 3 months after the exchange of correspondence ends or you withdraw your consent;

    -archiving the data ( evidence purposes) in case it is necessary to establish the facts for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Federal-Mogul Gorzyce Sp. z o.o. (under Article 6(1f) GDPR). The data will be stored for the period necessary for such purposes.

  4. Your personal data will not be communicated to other recipients.
  5. You have the right to demand from Federal-Mogul Gorzyce Sp. z o.o. access to any your personal data, and also the right to demand their modification, deletion or restriction on their processing. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to transfer your data;
  6. You have the right to withdraw your consent to personal data processing (without affecting the legal processing prior to consent withdrawal). You have the right to file a complaint with data-protection supervisory authorities.
  7. Provision of your personal data is voluntary but the absence of your personal data may deter or prevent Federal-Mogul Gorzyce Sp. z o.o. from answering your inquiry. You personal data will not be subject to procedures involving automated decision-making and profiling.
